Pain Or Injury
Physical Therapy
The human body is remarkable in its ability to learn, adapt, and heal. Sometimes, however, it needs the right guidance. Physical therapy can help you tap into your body’s natural healing abilities and restore the quality of movement necessary for long-term health, performance, and longevity.
My goal is to provide personalized care that helps you recover from injury, reduce pain, restore movement, and lower your risk of future problems so you can get back to doing what you love. Every treatment plan is personalized to your goals and built using the latest evidence and proven treatment approaches.
Every treatment begins with listening. I want to understand why you’re here, what’s important to you, and what you hope to accomplish. From there, I evaluate your body as a functional whole to identify movement, mobility, strength, or postural impairments that may be contributing to your symptoms or limiting your performance. Together, we develop a treatment plan based on your evaluation and personalized to your goals.
I treat one patient at a time for a full hour, allowing me to continually reassess your progress at every visit and provide hands-on treatment, individualized exercise, and movement-based interventions that evolve as you improve. Never rushed.
Pain is complex. I consider all of the factors that contribute to your pain experience and how they affect your daily life. I believe it’s important to explain the science behind pain so you understand why you’re feeling what you’re feeling. A better understanding of how the body responds to injury and pain can reduce fear, build confidence, and help you take an active role in your recovery.
My goal is to help you become confident in managing your body, restore your independence, and give you the tools to continue progressing long after you’ve left the clinic.
