Pain Or Injury

Physical Therapy

The human body is incredible in its ability to learn, grow and regenerate.  Sometimes, however, it needs some guidance for these positive changes to occur.  The right Physical Therapy experience will help you tap into your body’s innate healing capabilities and allow you to restore the balance and fluidity of movement necessary for longevity and performance.

At High Road Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of treatment in an environment that inspires you to take control of your progress.  Through advanced certifications and continued training in a variety of techniques, we stay up to date with current research and deliver comprehensive treatment programs personalized to your needs.  Our goals are to help you heal, eliminate pain, and optimize movement so that you can get back to your routine faster and reduce the risk of future injury.

We start by listening.  We need to know why you are here, what’s important to you, and what you want to accomplish.  Then we evaluate the body as a functional whole in order to uncover movement or postural issues that may be contributing to your pain or limiting your ability to perform at your best.  Together, we structure a treatment program that is based on your evaluation and tailored to your goals.

We treat one patient at a time for one hour, which allows us to fully reevaluate your condition at each visit and deliver hands-on techniques and movement-based treatment that is appropriately progressed each time you come in.  Never rushed.

Pain is complex.  We take into consideration the components of each individual’s pain experience and how it affects their daily lives.  We believe it is important to explain the science and nature of pain, so that you can understand why you feel the way you do.  Gaining insight into how the body responds to injury and produces pain can help ease fears and empower you on your rehab journey.

At High Road Physical Therapy, we strive to boost self-efficacy and restore independence so that you can continue your activities with confidence and make long lasting positive changes well after you have left our office.
